Event Overview:

• Indoor Venue: The majority of our market, including all handmade vendors, will be held indoors. Food vendors will be stationed outside.

• Exclusive Representation: We value diversity in our offerings; therefore, we will host only one representative per commercial brand (e.g., Tastefully Simple, Paparazzi, Pampered Chef).

Application Process:​​

• Forms: Ensure you complete the Market registration form and the release of liability form, and include these with your payment.

• Notification: Acceptance confirmations will be emailed within 30 days of receipt of your registration and payment. The Mt. Olive Market Committee reserves the right to decline any entry, with refunds processed for unaccepted applications.

Vendor Guidelines:

• Advertising: Only promote your own booth items and business—no external advertising or advocacy.

• Booth Sharing: Booths can be shared; however, all items and vendors must be listed on the application, and all participants must sign the liability form.

• Food Vendors: Please include your menu with your application. Note that spaces for food vendors are limited.

• Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary tables, chairs, tents, and display materials.

Event Schedule:

• Setup: Friday, June 6, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:30 PM, the premises will be secured, and a security guard will be on site overnight.

• Market Day: Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Vendor setup from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM, with all vendors ready by 8:30 AM.

• Breakdown: No booth dismantling before 4:00 PM on market day.

Additional Information:

• Weather Policy: The Mt. Olive Market is a rain or shine event. Outdoor vendors should prepare for varying weather conditions. Refunds are issued only if the event is canceled.

• Market Map: Spot numbers and a market map will be sent the week of the event.
