Job Descriptions

Below you will find links where you can download and view our revised job descriptions as prepared by our 2025 and 2026 Personnel Committees.

These revised job descriptions are being presented to our church for final review and approval after having already been unanimously approved by our pastors and deacons. They were developed through a careful process of evaluating our current ministry needs, clarifying areas of responsibility, and revising older descriptions so they better reflect the actual work required and expected.

These documents are intended to be descriptive rather than exhaustive. In other words, they are meant to give a clear picture of the primary responsibilities and expectations connected to each role, not to serve as a rigid or all-inclusive list of every task a person may ever perform. Ministry is dynamic, and no written document can fully capture every need, opportunity, or circumstance that may arise.

We also recognize that no set of job descriptions will ever satisfy every preference or expectation perfectly. That is simply not possible. Our goal has not been to produce perfect documents, but helpful ones that provide consistency, clarity, stronger alignment, and a more accurate understanding of the majority of responsibilities that need to be carried out.

These revised job descriptions will be presented for final approval at our conference and ministry update on April 26, 2026 at 5 PM in the gym in conjunction with our volunteer appreciation dinner. Until then, they are being made available for church members to read, review, and download.
